Packed with veggies and served with Slendier Konjac Rice, enjoy a high-protein and low-carb dish that tastes great too! ?? Ingredients - @Slendier Konjac Rice, washed and drained - 250g button mushrooms, chopped - 1x packet of vegan duck, roughly chopped - 1 head of broccoli, chopped - 2 bunches choy sum, chopped - 2 bunches pak choy, chopped - 1 carrot, peeled - 2 celery sticks, chopped - 2 garlic cloves, crushed ?? Sauce - 1/4 cup plum sauce - 1/2 cup soy sauce - 1 tbsp vegan fysh sauce - 1 tbsp rice vinegar - Juice of 1 lemon ?????Method In a large pan on medium heat, sauté onion, mushrooms and garlic for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, in a bowl, whisk together the sauce ingredients. ?? Cook vegan duck in an air fryer, pan fry, or bake in oven until slightly crispy. ?? Once the onion, mushroom and garlic are cooked well, add choy sum, pak choy, broccoli, carrot and celery. Mix well and cook on high heat for 5 minutes. ?? Add sauce, vegan duck and konjac rice to pan and mix well. Leave on high heat for another 5 minutes. Serve with fresh coriander. ?? @Plantbasedbethi #CookingWithSlendier
