In a pan, cook 4oz italian sausage, 4 pieces of chopped bacon, ? cup white onion and ? cup chopped mushrooms. ? Scramble 6 eggs on medium heat, once done, add ? cup of cheddar cheese. Stir until melted. ? Slice 6 @daveskillerbread Organic Killer Classic English Muffins in half, spread butter on each slice. ? Top each with a tablespoon of pizza sauce. Scoop scrambled eggs evenly onto english muffins. Top each one with meat/vegetable mixture and ? tablespoon cheddar cheese. ? Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
