It’s sweet, it’s garlicky, and it’s got just the right punch of flavour. I added four tablespoons but honestly, measure with your heart! Makes four servings. Feige’s Open Faced Chicken Salad Sandwich 2 rotisserie chicken breasts, roughly chopped 2 tbsp red onion, minced 1/2 red apple, chopped fine 1 stalk celery, chopped fine 1/4 cup low fat mayonnaise 1/4 cup (or more) Feige’s German Caesar Dressing salt and pepper, to taste handful microgreens Feige’s German Caesar Dressing, for drizzling 4 slices German rye bread, toasted In a large bowl, combine chicken, red onion, apple, celery, mayonnaise and Feige’s German Caesar Dressing. Add salt and pepper, to taste. Mix well. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow flavours to develop. Scoop chicken salad mixture over toasted rye bread.
